Welcome
Redeemer began as a mission plant in 1974, holding its first service at Peace Lutheran Church in Elk Prairie, Missouri, and then meeting regularly at the Rolla Lion’s Den facility. In 1975, the church of 53 members chose the name of Redeemer and purchased the property on Hwy 72, where they stand today.
All through Redeemer’s rich history, our story continues to be rooted in God’s salvation story. Gathering as a family around God’s Word in worship and service, we strive to tell this biblical story because through it we see our part in God's bigger story. New pages are still being written; we’d love for you to be a part of God’s family at Redeemer.

Rev. Robert L. Mundahl
Vacancy PastorGreetings from Pastor Bob and peace be with you from Jesus Christ our Savior. Redeemer Lutheran Church is in the process of finding a new Pastor. Their previous Pastor agreed to serve another Church in Illinois and Redeemer became vacant. Pastor Mundahl has agreed to assist Redeemer in readying itself for this new Pastor. Pray that God will send them someone who will be blessed to serve them for many future years.
Pastor Bob Mundahl has served in the Church for 45 years in Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, and Texas. He has started two Churches as a Missionary and one School for an association over his career. He has an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Minnesota with a teaching certification for K-12. He also earned an M-Div degree from Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He has guided the Lutheran Women's Missionary League for 30 plus years and is currently the Rolla Zone Counselor. He has served the Church at large as a Circuit Visitor and as a Regional Vice President.
Pastor Bob has been married to Peg for 51 years and has two children and 5 grandchildren. Pastor Bob likes to golf in his free time and they both enjoy camping all over America.
