The Family Ministry Coach position began as a dream several years ago at a Circuit Pastor's Conference, as a group of pastors wrestled with ways to better connect younger generations and their families to Jesus. What grew out of these conversations was an outside the box, shared ministry concept: Family Ministry Coach.

We are seeking an LCMS rostered commissioned church worker to coach the churches of the Rolla Circuit in ministry to children and their families. Your role would be dreamer, equipper, teacher, self-starter, with a mission-plant heart. The key word is coach.
